Post disassembly of the stock and insulator assembly (1275046) from the primer tube, liner & plug assembly (3685477), removal of the black
powder, and closing cup, verify the following:
C1
Primer tube shows evidence of sealing compound on 75% of the engaged thread, 360° around.
M109
Inner cup is sealed 360° around the lip of the cup.
M106
Provide black powder sample for moisture analysis: Randomly select 5 primers, 10 grams/primer, and deliver to lab.
M107
Verify weight of class 2, main black powder charge, is 50.5 - 53.1 grams.
