threads of stock and insulator assembly, find no. 1, and primer

minimum at 70 ± 10°F minimum.

(C) Primer tube threads shall be coated 360° around with sealing
compound, find no. 5. Sufficient sealing compound shall be
applied so that a minimum of 75% of the engaged thread will be
coated.
